
The first month of a new year brings many different feelings.
- Excitement
- Anxiety
- Joy
-Fear
This year however seems to have these feelings typified much more. 2012 is the year I will graduate from University, make some important decisions about the upcoming years in my life and stand up for my big sister in her wedding as her maid-of-honor.
The years leading up to this year has brought me many twists and turns and since university it has also meant quite a few pounds have been added onto my waist line, and a disease has been added to my medical alert (Rheumatoid Arthritis).
So I have resolved to keep myself motivated, get myself through this year, and lose a little bit of weight along the way. There are some rules when it comes to my weight loss:
- no chocolate until Valentines
- no cookies
- no junk food
- no french fries or other yummy deep fried foods
- lots of water
- lots of green tea
- lots of flaxseed
- and lots of positive energy.
